This painting is about the Towns & Country mean most to mean – Ngurra’s (Home), Ngurra (Home) of where i was born Port Augusta, at the time my parents and siblings were living on Clona station located after Nundroo and Iluka mine turn off. I grew up at Clona, Yalata, Oakvalley and Ceduna as a child but my parents relocated for work and children’s schooling to Ceduna – we lived on a farm out of town. Which is a large (blue/green/white) circle near the water (Murart Bay) place to rest i spent all of my up bring through school until year 12 in 2009. Dad and mum would always have make sure that on holidays and weekends, we would go on day trips out with family, camping, fishing, hunting, fowlers bay, Nundroo, Yalata, Gawler Rangers and Oakvalley.
